Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 into an incredibly musical family from Newark New Jersey is the daughter of gospel star Cissy Houston and John Russell Houston Jr. She's also the cousin of singer Dionne Warwick. At the age of a small girl, Houston began singing professionally with the choir of her church. She sang backing vocals for Chaka Khosns 1978 single Im Every Woman with her mother. She went on to provide backing vocals for Jermaine and Lou Rawls as well as her mother, and also was briefly models for the cover of Seventeen magazine in 1981. In 1981, she began to work as a vocalist in the New York funk group Material. Her quality vocal performance with this group that caught notice of major record label like Arista. The album she released as her debut Whitney Houston was released in 1985 and quickly became the top-selling album of a debut artist. Songs like The Most Beautiful Love of All, How Do I Know if You Give Good Love, and Save all My Love were all released off the album. They enabled Houston to earn seven US top tens, which surpassed even those of the Beatles. The album debuted in 1987 and has sold more than 25 million copies worldwide. The Whitney 1987 record, featuring the songs Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as hits, helped build upon her success. But the 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot as one of the most successful musicians of all-time. The film, and her performance in it was not popular, however the soundtrack and her rendition of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was a hit for a few months at the top of the charts. In all, she sold over 44 million albums and singles all over the world. In 1993, it was also that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist and father of her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. In 1996 her daily consumption of the drug was well-documented.
Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchor and political reporter. She has also produced certain of the network's Sunday shows like the Evans & Novak' Late Edition' and Inside Politics.' She also worked with other well-known channels in the past including NBC as well as CBS. Bash received a Women in Washington Power List prize by Elle magazine. She is known for her incredible anchoring and reporting capabilities, she's adored by many young journalists in the business. Personally, she is a graduate of George Washington University is a doting mother to her only son. The couple was married twice before and currently isn't.
